YOUNG, whose n?ailing addreae is 1701 S. E. Hilln~oor Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida ` 33452, who regardless of number of gender, is hereinafter called the~ sinqular, maeculine "Grantee." W I T N E S S E t• ii s WIiEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the Condominium more fully described hereinafter; and WHERSAS, Grantee has purchased from the Grantor the Condominium unit hereinafter described, together with its appurtenances described in the Declaration, subject to the terms and conditions ther~of, and the Grantor desires to convey such Condoatinium unit and its appurtenances to the Grantee; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars _ ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the Grantor has and does hereby grant, sell, transfer, convey assign, set over, and deliver to the Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs and assigns the follawing described property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 9, Building No. l, of the Port St. Lucie Medical Plaza, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 22, 1983, in Official R~c~,~~b °cok 411, Pages 2848 through 2925, inclusive,- of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TOGETHER with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. This indenture is subject to: l. Taxes for the current and subsequent years. 2. Applicable zoning ordinances of appropriate governmental authority. 3. All of the terms, conditions, provisions, convenants, easements, assessmenta, liens, and agreements set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and its attachment~, schedules, and exhibits thereto of the Port St. Lucie Medical Plaza. 4. Easements and restrictions of record. The Grantee, by acceptance of this Deed, has and does hereby agree, accept and acknowledge that this conveyance is subiect in every ~ respect to the Declaration including all its attachments, sct?edules and exhibits, among which are the Maintenance and Management . Agreement, Articlea of Incorporation, By-Laws, survey with easements, and has and does hereby ratify, confirm, adopt and approve each and every of the aforementioned. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to the interest being transferred, subject to the provisions of this indenture, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of a~l persone whomsoever.
