For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other qood and valuable~consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledqed, the undersigned, being the developer of the
followinq property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Declaration.of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
