TEMPORARY DRDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the Wife's
Motion for Temporarq Relief and the Court having heard the testimony
of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is . -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that temporary custody of the minor ~
child, ANNE MARIE BASS, is hereby awarded to the Wife and that their
shall be no privilege of visitation awarded to the Husband until fur-
ther order of this Court. It.is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband, MILTON BURL BASS,
shall paq child support to the Wife for the benefit of the minor
. child in the amount of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) each and every
week com~encing on Friday, December 16, 1983 and continuing until
; further order of this Court.

` Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

by him remitted to the Wife, JUDY F. BASS. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of two dollars ($2.00) as statufory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made~in cash. money order or cashier's check. Both parties are
~ ordered to keep the Clerk of thi$ Court advised of their mailing
~ and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. -
As additional child support, the Husband is hereby ordered
~ to be solely responsible for any and a11 medical expenses incurred

~ by the minor child of the parties. It is further
; ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband, MILTON BURL BASS,
f shall make full restitution to the Wife for damages done to the apart-
