WHEREAS, a Motion for Default in the above captioned
case was rendered on November 4, 1983, and a Motion to Quash •
~ service=was properly filed subsequent thereto, and is well
founded, and;
WHEREAS, both parties, by their signatures indicate
their consent to set aside the above referenced Default;
It is thereupon agreed between the parties and ordered
and adjudged as follows: ~
1. The Default entered in favor of the plaintiff
against the Defendant POR~ ST. LUCIE POLICE DEPARTMENT on
November 4, 1983 by the Clerk of this Circuit Court is hereby
set aside and of no legal force and effect.

' 2. Service of Process upon Police Chief SCHLESSELMAN

accomplished on October 14, 1983 is hereby quashed.
