Settlement of a claim for personal injuries sustained by J08N PATRICB RHOAD6, a
Minor, by and through such minor's cugtodian and natural guardien, GAIL M. SVBC, and
the Court having considered the testimony of the Petitioner and the minor, and being
further advised in the premises, the Court finds:
1. That JORN PATftICR RHOADS is a Minoc.
2. The Petitioner, GAIL M. SVBC, is the custodian and natural guardians
and mother of JOHN PA'~RICH R80ADS. ~ .
3. The said. minor sustained cectain personal in juries for whieh minor hes a
claim. It is thereupon,
OftDERED AND ADJUDGED es follows:

1. The Petition for authorization to settle the claim of the minor for
personal injuries be and the same is hereby granted.
2. The settlement of sueh minor's claim in the amount of SEVBNTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND DOLLAR4 (~78,000.00) to be paid to the Petitioner, minor child and their
