This mortgaqe'Modification and Extension Agreement made

tiATIONAL BANK AND TROST COMPANY OF STUART, a National Bankinq
Association existinq under the laws of the United States of
America, hereinafter called the "Mortqagee" and Henrv A. ~alzler
and Linda J. Salzler , of'the County of St. Lucie ,
State of , Flor~da , hereinafter referred to as the ~
"Mortqaqor", •
W I T N E S S E T H: ~

WHEREAS, on the 8 day of September , 19 83 , the
Mortqaqors executed and .delivered to the Mortgaqee that certain
Promissory Note in the amount of $ 41,300.00 , which is secured •
by a Mortgage of even date therewith executed by the.Mortqagor in -
favor of the Mortqaqee, whi~ch Mortqaqe is recorded in Official
. Record Book 410 , Page 2728 , St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, encwnbering the property set forth in said
Mortgage, and ~
~ WHEREAS, the Mortqaqors have requested that the ~
Mortgagee extend the time of payment of the balance due and owinq
~ under :said Promissory Note and mortgage, the Mortgagee'being
willinq to do so under the terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth, ~ '
s NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One
(SI.00) Dollaic and other good and valuable considetation, receipt
of which is hereby acknawledged, including the mutual promises .
~ and co~cenants made herein, the parties hereto do agree as
follows: ~

~ 1. The Mortgaqee does hereby extend the time of
~ payment of the balance due and owinq under said Promissory Note
K and Mortqaqe, to-wit, the principal sum of 5~1~300_00

~ hereby making the same due and payable in accordance with the
tlote which has been executed by the Mortga.gor simultaneously
herewith. as a modification of the oriqinal promissory note,
providing for monthly installments of principal and interest,
with the balance of.indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and

~ 2. The Mortgagor~does hereby -acknowledqe the above
~ indebtedness and Mortgaqe and does hereby ratify and affirm all
~ of the terms and conditions of the oriqinal Mortqage and does
' further acknowledqe liability under the terms of said Mortqage
and Promissorv Note, as herein modified.
