; Additional Terms of Purchase Zioney Note and ~tortgage

?'he Mortgagor/Ovaer shall be entitled to releases from the lien of this purchase .
money note and mortgage in parcels of one acre each upon the payeient of $7,500.00
_ for each acre so released. Release of acreage ~ay be taken vhen earned or
- deferred at the option of the buqer and all payments aay be culmative. Al1
~ ' paqments made on account of releases shall be applied to the next installment of
~ principal due under the purchase money note and mortgage. Upon payment of each
installment of principal under the purchase ~oneq note and mortgage, the
_ Mortgagor/OWner shall be entit3ed to releases in accordance with the foregoing
formula and terms, to the eatent not theretofore granted to the Owner. The
Mortgagor/Ovner shall have the r3ght at any time and vithout penalty, to prepay in
~ whole or in part the purchase ~ney note and ~ortgage. All releases called for in
~ this mortgage shall be eaecuted and deliv.ered in form for recording vithin thirty
daqs after notice to Mortgagee by the Mortgagor/Owner.
