- THIS CAUS$ came to be heard on the Petitioner's Motion
for Contempt and Enforcement, and after argument of counsel and
~ the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is
= ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ l. That Respondent, RARL G. GRAF, JR. be and is hereby

found in willful contempt of this Court's previous order dated
March 4, 1983 and said Respondent is found in arrears in the
amount of $1,280.00.
2. That the Respondent havinq been found in contempt,
is hereby required to serve ten (10) days in jail, said confinemen
is to be purged pursuant to the Respondent making the followinq
~ child support payment.for the two minor children of the parties:

r. ~ (a) Respondent is to pay the sum of $40.00 per week

~ for the su rt and maintenance of the
pPo parties minor children.
~ Said support commencinq on Friday, November 11, 1983 and a like
sum on each and ever week thereafter until further order of this
court. ~
~ (b) Respondent is to pay the sum of $100.00 per
~ month for child support arrearages. Said payments commencing on
~
~ December 1, 1983 and a like sum each month thereafter until said
,
` arrearage of $1,280.00 is paid in full. '
~ (c) Al1 of the above stated child support payments ~
shall be made by cash, cashier's check or money order;.it being
expressly understood that the Clerk of the Circuit Court cannot
accept personal checks. The Petitioner and Respondent shall keep
the Clerk of the Circuit Court advised as to their current address s.
