FINAL JUDGMBNT DIS30LUTION_ OF MARRIAG$
THIS CAUSS coming on for Final Hearing on the 13th day
of December, 1983, and upon the stipulation of the partiee,
and the Court havinq qiven full conaideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has.jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife naw
exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and ahould be diasolved. It
is thereupon ~
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGSD, as follaws: .
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between
CARISTINE TULLIS and BENJAMIN ~'ULLIS be and the same is hereby
; dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ - -
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony hereinbefore existing between
them anc~ from the obliqations arisinq therefrom.
{ 2. Praperty. The Wife is hereby awardod the Husband's ~
interest in the marital home at 2801 Dunbar Street, Fort Pierce,
~ Florida, legally described as: _
~ Lot 5, Block 4 of MA+GNOLIA PARR SUBDIVISION, as per
~ plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Paqe 27 of the
~ public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida
~ , together with all furniture and furnishinqs therein. The

~ xusband is ordered to execute any a?nd all docun~nts necessary
i .
~ to convey his interest in said property to the Wife. Each
~ - .
~ party shall retain all personal property presently in their
~ name, and each party shall pay their own respective debts and
~
~
~ bills.
