The record owner of said real estate is the debtor, L. RAI,PA
POPPELL.
All rights of Debtor under.that certain Five-Year Contract
between Debtor and Tropicana Products, Inc., dated November 9, 1982
~ and recorded in Official Recozd Book 388 at Page 2469 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which contract con- ~
cerns the citrus crop located upon lands described as Parcel 2 ~
above, pursuant to that certain Collateral Assignment given by
- Debtor to John "ancock Life Insurance Company dated January 12,
