successors in trust: ~ -
A. All of my stiares of United Aarvestors, Inc., .
a Florida Corporation; and . ~
B. All notes of Onited Iiarvestors, Inc., held -
by me at my death, plus any claims, if any,
IIT which I may have against United Harvestors,
~ ! Inc., at aty death. "
THREE: I qive, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
_ and remainder of my property and estate of whatsoever kind or
nature,real, personal or mixed, tanqible or intangible to.my
daughter, DEBORAfl PIO~IIATY.
FOUR: If my daughter, DEBORAH PIOWATY, shall nothave
- ~ survived me, then I qive and bequeath to each of my surviving
_ grandchildren, children of DEBORAH PIOWATY, the sum of
TEN THOOSAND ($10,000.00) DOLI,ARS, and I qive, devise and bequeath
~ ~ to the said trustees under the said trust aqreement date8 .
