' I, $DwIN W. COLSAN, a resident of St. Luci~ County, Florida,
beinq of sound and disposinq mind, memory and understandinq, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Teatament,
hereby revokinq all Wills and Codicils and Testamentary Documents
heretofore made by me. ~
FIRST: I direct that all of my lawful debts, my funeral ~
expenses, including the cost of a suitable monument at my grave,
and costs of ad.ministration of my estate be paid as soon as ~
practicable after my death.
SBCOND: I direct that all legacy, succession, inheritance,
transfer and estate taxes, levied or assessed upon or with
respect to all property which is inc2uded as part of my gross
estate for the purpose of any such tax; exceptinq. however, any
property with respect to.which I have been granted a power of
appoint; and excepting as my Personal Representative- is herein-
after authorized, shall be paid out of my estate in the same
manner as an expense of administration and shall not be prorated
- or apportioned among or charged to the respective devisees,
leqatees, beneficiaries, transferees or other recipients nor
charged aqainst any property passing or which may have passed to
any of them, whether under this Will or otherwise; and that my
= estate shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any portion of

~ any such tax from any such person.
~ TBIRD: In the administration of my estate, I direct that

e the provisions of Section 738.05 Florida Statutes as.now in force

~ and effect or as hereafter amended, shall not~apply for the

~ apportiorunent and distribution of income and principal. I
further direct that all expenses incurred in connection with the
~ settle~ment of my eatate, including debts, funeral expenses,
~ estate and other death taxes, intereat and penalties concerninq
