COLS7~?N . ~~~/S P~ge 3 shall utilize tl:eir discretion in determining the aesets, if any, that need to be sold to acquire the qovernmeat bonds, but suqqest that if the market is deemed appropriate, that a sufficient amount of my Sun Bank stock be sold to fulfil this bequest and to obtain.sufficient funds to.buy the bonds to establish the.trust, with the assets of the trust beinq government bonds in the total face amount of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars. The trustees shall hold the assets of the ~trust on the followinq terms and conditions: 1. The trustees shall pay to my wife, $LEANOR T. COLEAN, such amounts of the income up to 100$ of same as she may direct . or request be paid to her.. If she fails to request that the income be paid to her, or is not able to request that the income be paid to her, the trustees may pay such portion of the income as the trustees deem appropriate_to her o= on her behalf. Any income not paid to her or on her behalf shall be reinvested by the trustees. The investment shall be determined by a majority of the trustees, and if the trustees are unable to obtain a majority as to any investment, that investment shall not be utilized but another shall be considered until- the trustees ~ concur by a majority on the investment. f .
