The attorney or certified public accountinq serving as co-truetee ahell be primarily responsible for the recordkeep- inq of the trust. Any checks paid to my wife need be siqned by two of the trustees. Checks to any other entity, source or aqency shall be siqned by all four trustees.. 4. Barrinq an emerqency, it is my intention and direction that the bonds shall not be sold, nar the principal of the trust disturbed. My trustees, by majority determination, shall in the event of an emergency have the power to utilize any of the assets of the trust, including the principal, for the benefit of my wife. . 5. Opon my wife's death, the trust shall be terminated and ~ ~ the assets of the trust sha~l be distributed in equal shares to each of my three children. In the event any child fails to survive-to teirmination of the trust, that child's share shall be distributed to that child's children in equal shares who ~are living at the time of termination of the trust. 6. In the event any of my children fail to serve or are not . able to continue serving, that child shall be replaced as co- trustee by the oldest son of that'child living at that time. ~ 7. It is my intention that this shall not qualify for the ; ~ marital deduction, and shall be offset against the Unified Credit ~ ~ in effect at the time of my death. SEVENTH:.
