truatees.
(b) To collect, recover and =eceive the principal and _
the rents, iasuea, intereat, dividend~, income and profits of the
trust property as the same, respectively, become due and payab~].e,
or as expediency may require, and to qive true, full and leqal
receipt and discharqe therefor, and if, at any time during the
continuance of these trusts there shall be a default or defaults
in the payment of any monies due to the trustees, or any cause of
action at law or in equity, shall accrue to or be held as owned
by the trustees, the truatees may~take such action,.throuqh legal
~ proceedings or otherwise, for the enforcement or payment thereof
as they, in their exclusive discretion, may determine, and may
settle, compromise, discharqe, forqive or satisfy any such claim
or demand upon such terms, considerations and conditions as_they
may, in their discretion, determine. Any property acquired by ,
_ the trusteea under judicial sale, or otherwise, in the.settlement
or compromise of any such claim or claims, shall be and become a
part of the trust property and shall be dealt with as such by the ~
trustees. .
(c) To invest and reinvest and keep invested the trust
property, or any part thereof, in real or personal property,
notes, mortqaqes, stocks, bonds and other securities that they
may deem advisable. ~
f (d) To exercise all voti.nq riqhts in respect to any

i and all stocks held by the trust~ either in person or by proxy.
E The trustees may act as directore, officers, agents or attorneys

of the corporation, the stock of which, or any part of the stock

contract with any such corpoxation, and may become pecuniarily
