(e1 To exerciee in respect of all atocks, bonda or
other investments held by the trust in the care and~manaqement

and protection of such trust property, all riqhta, powers and
, privileqes as are or may be lawfully exercised by any persons
owning similar property in their own riqht. ~ ~
(f) To make, execute and deliver all deeds (with or
without covenants of warranty binding the trust), mortqaqes,
powers of attorney, notes, contracts, certificates, transfers,
- • assignments, or other instruments in writing, under seal or
otherwise, deemed by them necessary or expedient in carrying out
~ the purpose of this trust, or in the full and complete exercise

- by them of the powers granted them hereunder.
(q) To employ all clerical or professional services
deemed necessary or advisable to assist them in the perfonaance .
of their duties and in caring for the trust property, and to
e~cpend such sums as they shall deem advisable for the care,
manaqement, safekeepinq, insurance`or protection of the trust
property as such trustees may deem advisable.
(h) To employ servants, agents and attorneys to assist
~ them in the performance of their. duties and in caring for the

r trust property and in carrying out the provisions of this trust
~ and to deleqate to such servants, agents and attorneys at law and

- in fact such powers and authority as may be deemed necessary and
requisite to enable said aervants, agents and attorneys to
- properly perfona the servicea required of them. The trustees
- shall be bound to.exercise care and prudence in the selection of
their servants, agents and attorneys, but shall not be personally
