~ LAST WILL AND 1'gSTAMBNT
I, BLVBRIA G. SOOTT, of Allegheny Coua~y, Peansylvania, being
of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my Last iJill and
Testament,~hereby revoking and declaring null aad void any and all Wills and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that mq debts aad the eapense of mq last illness
and fuaeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be conveaient after my
death.
SBOOND: Except as I may have provided ia a memorandum sigaed by _
me and p~.aced ~rith my Last Wil~ aad Testament, I give and bequeath all my
persoaal aad household effects not othen~ise effectively disposed of, such

as jewelry, clothing, sutomobiles, furniture, furnishings, china and silver-
ware to my brother, VICTOR G. SOOTr, if he survives me. In the event my
brother fails to survive me, I give and bequeath the aforesaid items to his
- w3fe, HELEN I. SOOTr, and my nieces, ANN BYERS and RUTH SIMS, if they survive
me, in shares of substantially equal value, to.be distributed among them as
they shgll mutuallq agree..
