1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
~ the naiaed personal repreaentative wnder the Will of the decedent, -
and as a beneficiaFy of the estate. Petitioner's name and ~
address are as shown in Paragraph_3 below and the name and ~
address of petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of
this petition.
2. Decedent, MARGARET L. WICKHAM, whose last known address
was 513 South 17th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known,
whose aqe was 74 and whose social aecurity number is 127--18-4607
died on November 30, 1983 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of the decedent's survivinq spouse, if any,
their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
