I, MARGARET L. WICRHAM, a Florida resident domiciled in ~
St. Lucie Countq~ Florida, declare thia to be my Last Will and
hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all valid claims timely filed against my
estate, all costs of administration,-including ancillary adminis-
tration and.expense of safeguarding assets and delivering bequests,
and other proper charges against my estate, be paid out of the
assets of my estate other than tengible personal property or other
assets which may be exempt from creditors' claims.
ARTICLE II
I give and bequeath any automobile which I m$y own at
the time of my death to my husband, JOSEPH H. WICI~IAM.
ARTIQ.E III
I hereby give to my husband, JOSEPH H. WICKHAM, the
right to live in and occupy my home located at 51~ South 17th
~
; Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, for his lifetime or until such time ~
~
; as he vacates said property; provided, however, that he pays all
~
~ ad valorem taxes, maintains adequate comprehensive insurance on
said property so long as~he lives there, and maintains said
~ property in a good state of repair.

ARTICLE IV

~ Upon the death of my husband, JOSEPH H. WICKHAM, or if

~ he vacates the property described in the paragraph i~ediately

preceding this one, prior to his death, then said property shall
~ be sold and the net proceeds thereof I give and bequeath to my
~ sons, PIiILIP T. NEWI~ON and LOUIS JOHN NEWTON, and to my grand-
~ children (the children of deceased daughter, ROSALIND.LOLO),
