daughter, ROSALIND LOLO), RIM LOLO, LYNN LOLO, and CYNT'HIA LOLO,
in the following proportiona: One-third (1/3) thereof to each of '
my sons and One-third (1/3) thereof to be divided equally among
said three grandchildren.
In the event either of my said sons predeceases then
the share to which said son would be entitled I give and bequeath
to his children, share and share alike. ~

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,.LOUIS
