Notice is hereby given that a suit was inatituted in the
above Court by the above namer~ Plaintiff against the above named
Defendants. The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or _
. piece of land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and
being in the County of the State of Florida wherein this suit was ~
filed, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 38, and East 1/2 of Lot 39, Block B, HONT
SOBDIVISION, according•to_ the Plat thereof, as -
recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 147, of the
Public Re~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 390 at Page 1399
in the office of the Clerk of the above Courtf the decreeing of a
; sale of said property under the direction of said Court, in default
