roceiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take possasion of and manage the Properly and to colket the rents of the

21. F~tare Advaeces. Upon rcquest by Borrower, Lender. at Lender's option within t~nenry years fran the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bomower. Such Future Advances, with iaterat thereon, shall be secured by thia
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no time s6a11 tht principal
