son be held to be invalid, ilkgal or unenforceabk in any respoct. such invalidity, ilkgality or uneaforceability shall, at
the option of the Moitgagoe, not affoct any otber provisions of this Mortgage, but this Mortgagcshali be oonstn~ed as if
