o~+ner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by BILLY CLEVELAND to
PERSONAL THRIFT PLAN OF FT. PIERCE, INC., n/k/a RENT[JCKY FINANCE OOMPANY, INC.,
bearing date.the lOth day of August. 1982, recorded in Officiel Records Book
_ 383,~at page 719, et seq., in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing that certain note in the principal
sum of ~10 THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND~00/100 (s2,500.00) .DOLLARS, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property -
situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit: •

FORT PIERCE, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 1, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledges payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of said
Circuit~Court to cancel the same of record.
