This cause came on to be heard on the foregoing Stipulation,

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion for Physical Examina-
tion of the Plaintiff be and the same is hereby granted, and the
; Plaintiff, JOSEPH TURENNE , shall present herself

for physical examination by a physician and at a•time to be agreed
upon between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached as to
the examining physician, the Court will make a further ruling on
this particular issue. It is further ~
ORDERED that the Plaintiff shali execute appropriate
authorizations to allow the examininq physician to obtain X-rays .
