THIS IS A PDRCHASE~MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE.

~ Mortgagor.cov~nants and aqrees as follows: The parties acknowledge
~ that Mortgagee is not in t~ie business of making loans secured by
; real estate; that the primary purpose of the purchase money loan
secured by this mortgage is to i.nduce Mortgagor to purchase the
` above-described property from l~ortgaqee; that ~he purchase mQney ~
loan is extended solely for the benefit of l~lortqaqor in acquiring
I~ the property and is not intended to benefit Mortqagor in selling
