4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county be-
cause decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. VIRGINIA L. AVALLONE, whose address is set forth ~
above is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to-
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate, is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa- _ ~
tive because she is the named alternate personal representa-
tive under paragraph V of decedent's last will.
6. The nature and approxi.mate value of the assets
~ in this estate are: Cash accounts having a value of more
than $10,000.00.
7. The estate will not be required to file a federal
estate tax return.
8. The original of the decedent's last will dated
June 27, 1979, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to act as
personal representative under the laws of the State of Florida;
that she will faithfully administer the estate of said decedent
according to law, and that. she hereby designates CHESTER B.
GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose
residence address is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
` as her agent or attorney for service of process in~any suit
~ or action against her in her representative capacity, or per-
sonally if such personal action accrued in the administration
of this estate. .
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will-
- be admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
