St. Lucie County, Florida, died on Kay 10, 1982, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on June 1, 1982.
i 2. Yetitioner, as sole beneficiary under the last will and testament of
~ the decedent, 6ereby vaives the filing of a final accounting herein. ~

~ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment,

settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, -
and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and eapensea of

~ services rendered to the Petitioner herein in his capacity as personal

Internal Revenue Service and With the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida, and has obtained and filed With this Court evidence of the

6. Petitioner has made distribution of the sole asaet of the estate,
