PBTITION FOR DISCHARGB
Petitioner, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
l. The decedent, MARGARBT R. PINS, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on May 16, 1983,~and Letters of ~
- Administration Were issued to Petit.ioner on June 28, 1983.
; 2. Petitianer files herewith either a final
~ accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and ~
disbursements since the commencement of ada~iriistration of
- this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herein,~if any, or Waivers signed by-all interested persons,_
other than-Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final .
accounting. ~
3. Petitioner has fully adminstered this estate by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
' claims and debts that were preaented, and by paying or making

provision for the payment of all taae~~~and eapenses of

; administration. ~

~ paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
