for Summary Adm~nistration of the Estate of GLBNN F. WSAVER, Deceased,
the Court finding that-the Deceased died on March 21, 1983; that all
interested persons have been served proper notice of this Hearing or
have waived Notice thereof; that the material allegations of the
Petition are true and that an Order of Summary Judqment should be
entered, it is:
ADJODGED that the will bearing the date of the 24th day of May,
1982, and attested by Earl J. Rice and Lori L. Hays as subscribing and
attesting witnesses is admftted to probate according to law, as and
for the last will of the Decedent. -
r ADJUDGED that there be an immediate distribution of the assets of
the Decedent as follows: .
1. Beneficiary, ROBERT DAVIS, Route 3, Auburn, Indiana in c/o
