I, MARY A. SEITHEL, of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, ~ ~ `
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last ~
Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by. me. ~
CLAUSS I: I direct.my Executor to pay out of
my residuary estate, all of my just debts, including the
expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSS II: I give, devise :and bequeath all of
~ the rest~, residue and remainder of my property, real and
personal, wherever situate aad whether acquired before or
after the execution of this Will, ta my husband, M. T.-
~ SEITHEL, as his~awn absolutely, provided he survives me,
and if he does not survive me, then all of said property ~

shall go instead to my husband's brother, MERLIN A. S13ITHEL,

presently residing at 3273 Daytona Avenue, Cincinnati,

Ohio 45211, and if my said brother-in-law does not survive ~

! me, then all of said property shall go instead to my
; husband's brother's wife, BETTY SEITHEL, and if she dces
~ not survive me, then all of said property shall go instead

~ to my said husband's ~rother's e~ight (8) children born of
! his marriage to his wife, BETTY; pravided, ha~wever, that .

~ the share of any of said eight children who auce under
the aqe of twenty-one (21) years at.the date of my death ~

~ shall be held by my 8xecutor and shall be used for such

child for his or her health, education and support and

the remainder. of such child's share delivered to such child
when he or she attains twenty-one (21) years of age.
