LAST WILL AND. T$STAMBNT OF MARY A. SSITBEL - Paqe ~vo
CLAUS$ III: I aaainate and appoint my husband,
M. T. SgITHBL, as $xecutor of this Will, to serve without
bond, and in the event he shall die, resiqn, or be unable
for any reasan to act as such, then I name and appoint my
niece, DONNA RUHAR, as such $x~ecutrix, to serve without
bond. _ .
My personal representative is invested with full
' power and authority to sell, convey, trar~sfer and assiqn
any and all personal proper.ty. and real estate belonqing
to my estate.
~ CLAUSE IV: In the event that my husband, M. T.
SLITHEL, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot -
` be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
~
that it shall be~conclusively presumed that I predeceased
my said husband, and the provisions of this Will shall be`
~ construed and the distribution of property shall be qoverned
and regulated as if I had, in fact, predeceased my said
husband.
