I give, de viae ancl bequeath all the reat, reaidue and
reatainder of my estate of whataoever the aame may conaiat and
whereaoever the aame maq be located to my daughters, AUDREY W.
FOSTER and DONNA LEE SAITO in equal aharea, ahare and~ehar.e alike,
per atirpea. Tf either of nty aaid daughters doea not survive me
I give the ahare of any auch daughter to her iaaue iaho do aurvive
me, per stirpea. If no such isaue aurvive me I give the share -
otherwise distributable to such iasue to my daughter who doea
survive me, per stirpea.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, AUDREY W.
FOSTER, personal representat~,ve of thia my Will, to serve without

In addition to all the powera customarily affoxded peraonal
representatives by law, I specifically authorize my personal rep-.
resentative to do any and all thinga which in her opinion are

necessary to complete.the adminiatration and settlement of my
estate.including full power and authority~ without the order of-an
court and upon auch terms and under such conditions as to my said
j personal representative ahall aeem beat for the proper settlement

~ of my estate, to bargain, conveq, transfer, deed, mortgage, lease,

` exchange, pledge, manage and deal with any and all property
~ belonging to my estate, to compromise, settle, adjust, release and
