I, MARGARST F. RBNNEDY, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, make this
my will and revoke all prior wills and codicils. ~
= .FIRST: I give (a) all my clothing and jewelry to my
daughter, BARBARA LYNN RBNNBDY, if she survives me by 30 days, ~d
(b) the rest of my tangibie personal property to my husbanc~RAY

~ survive me to be divided equally among them as they agree.

- SBCOND: I direct that all the rest of my property, herein- -
after referred to as "my residuary estate", be divided into two
equal shares, and I dispose of such shares as follows: ~
(a) I give one such share to my son, RICHARD DWIGHT RENNEDY,
if he survives me, or if not to his issue surviving me, in equal
shares per stirpes, or if he has no such issue, this share shall
~ be disposed of as provided in subarticle (b) of this article
