incoae and principal as my personnl representative, in his sole -
discretion, determines to be necessary or desirable for the
support, maintenance, education, health or other benefit of such
person. Any income ~not so paid to or for the benef~it of such
person ~aay be accumulated , for his or her benef it ( and paid to him
or her at any tia~e) or aaaea to principal. Al1 principal not
previously paid and any accumulated income shall be paid to such
person when he or she attains the age of twenty-one years, or to
his or her estate upon his or her death prior to attaining such
age.
FOURTH: I direct that all estate, inheritance and other
death taxes (including any interest thereon and penalties with
respect thereto), federal, state and other, imposed by reason of
my death, in respect of property passing under this will or .
otherwise, shall be paid out of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: I appoint my husband, RAY L. RENNEDY, as my personal
representative. If my husband desires to associate a corporate
personal representative with him, I appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANR
AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, as co-personal
representative. If for any reason my husband is.unwilling or
unable to act as persanal representative, I appoint my son,
! RICBARD DWIGBT RENNEDY and FIRST NATIONAL BANR AND TRUST COMPANY
OF STUART, as my personal representatives. If for any reason, my
son is unwilling or unable to act as personal representative, I
appoint my daughter, BARBARA LYNN RENNSDY, as personal
representative~in his place. i~ the event my.husband, son and
daughter are unwilling or unable to act as personal represen-
tative, the FIRST NATIONAL BANR AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART shall
be sole personal representative. The term "persona~ represen-
tative" shall mean the personal representatives or personal
representative from time to time qualified and acting under this
will. If at any time, the personal representatives shall be ~
