evenly divided, the decision of the individual personal

sentative shall have no liability for participating in or carrying
out the acts of the controlling personal representative. No bond
or security shall be required of any personal representative

direct that he shall have full discretionary power to retain any
property which I may own at the time of my deatb or which may at
any time be in his hands for as long a period of time as he deems
advisable; to sell, exch-ange or otherwise dispose of any such

application to court; an any terms as he deems advisable; to .
acquire any property, real or personal, without regard to any
principles of divers.ification, including but not limited to common
and preferred stocks, bonds, mutual funds, common trust funds,
secured and unsecured obligations, and mortgages; to borrow money
from any source and for any purpose, including but not limited to

~ estate as security for money borrowed; to pay any gift and to make

~ distributions of my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in each,
