The !lORTGAGOR hereby reaf f inas all of ita obligations set forth in NOTB and l~ORTGAGB and ayrees to perfo~a.each and all of the covenants, agreements and obligations in !lORTGAGB and NOTB and to be bound by each and all of the terns and prov~sions of NOTB and !lORTGAGB as herein modified. 5. That all of the property described.in MORTGP?GB, less any ~ part thereof that may have heretofore been released, shall in all respects be subject to the lien, charge and encucabrance of MORT- GAGB and nothing herein contained or done shall affect the lien, . charge or encumbrance affected by MORTGAGS, or the priority ~ ~ thereof over other liens, chargsa, encwabrdnces or conveyances. 6. Nothing •herein invalidates or ahall impair or release any covenant, condition, agreement or stipulation in NOTB and !lORTGAGB and the same, eacept~as herein modified, shall continue in full force and effect and the undersigned further covenant an~ agree to perforTn and comply with and abide by each and every of the covenants, agreements, conditions and stipulatfons of NOTS and MORTGAGS vhich are not inconsistent herewith. 7.
