2801 West 47th Street, Chicaqo, Illinois 60632 (together
hereinafter called "Mortgagor") to National Can Corporation, V`~
a Delaware corporation, located at 8101 Higgins Road,
Chicaqo, Illinois 60631 (hereinafter called the "I~lortgagee");
W I T N E S S E T H: ~
WHEREAS,~Mortgaqor has executed and delivered to
Mortgagee two Promissory Notes, each dated as og ~vuA,e .

Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,600,000) (tbgether,
the "Note"); ~
WHEREAS, as a condition to Mortgagee's extension

Mortgagor enter into this Mortgage and grant to Mortgaqee
the liens and security interests referred to herein to ~
secure (i) the payment and performance obligations related
to this Mortgage; (ii~ the payment of the principal amount
of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, plus interest
thereon; and (iii) all other indebtedness and obligations
due and owing from Mortgagor to Mortqagee at any time here-
after other than evidenced by the Note, the aforesaid payment -
and performance obligations evidenced by this Mortgage, the
indebtedness evidenced by the Note, plus interest, and all of
~ the other indebtedness or obligations other than that
; evidenced by the Note being hereinafter referred to col-
f lectively as the "Liabilities");
