1. The decedent, BBT'1'Y FRANCSB GA1[pBELL, a resident ~
of 3t. Lucie County, Florida, died on 3eptember 15, 1983, a.nd
Letters of Administration were iseued to petitioner on
- 3eptember 26, 1983. ~ - -
~ 2.. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all
~ interested persoas Waiving_the fi~ing of a ~inal accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered tbis estate by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all taxes and exp~enses of administration.
4. The annount of compensation either paid or to be
- paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative
is set forth in 8xhibit A, attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate taac ~
returns and has obtained Non-Taxable Certificate No. G07501 from
the State o~ Florida, Department of Bevenue, which is filed with
~ the Court. ~
. 6. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the
~assets o~ this estate as set forth.
