Further, it is hereby ordered that the parties hereto
~i shall not seek a modification of the custody and visitation
provisions of the Final Judgment for twenty-four (24) months

The eusband shall pay to the Wife as and for child ~

shall terminate. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of ~

addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 for ~

~ statutory costs to be aaaea to each payment made to the ~

~ Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, or

~ cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the ;
~ Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing addresses at all ~

~ Pursuant to Florida Statute 409.2574 (1982 Supp.), the
employer of DANA M. BBACB is hereby ordered to deduct, on a

~ ~ periodic basis from the income due DANA M. BEACH, child ;
~ support payments provided herein, and remit same, after ~
~ ~
~ deducting its charge of $1.00 for handling, to the Clerk of ;
s ;
the Circuit Court. Thts income deduction provision shall not - i

~ become effective until such time as DANA M. BBACe is delin- °

quent in two child support ~ayments. In the event DANA M.

i ; BBACe shall be so delinquent, and has been given 15 days ;

' notice of said delinquency and failed to pay the same, then '
