ORDER =
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the Wife's
Petition for Modification and the Court having heard the testimony
of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Restrsining Order entered #
by this Court on March 7, 1984, is continued in full force and effect
~ -
and the former Husband, BOBBY GENE EVANS, is hereby restrained from ~
coming about, harming, harassing or molesting the Wife and all and
singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby ordered to
render such assistance as is necessary to carry out the terms and
conditions of this Order. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment and Dissolution

; of Marriage entered on February 15, 198k, shall be modified ta provide
i
~ as follows: ~ _

~ The Husband shall have visitation privileges with the
€ -
~ Minor Child, STACEY SHANNON EVANS, every other weekend commencing
~
the weekend of March 17, from Fridaq evening at 6 o'clock p.m. until
the following Sunday evening at 6 o'clock p.m. The Husband is to
~ pick the Child up at the day care center on Friday evenings and return
~ ~
~ the child to the day care center by 6 p.m. on Sunday evening.
~
~ Each of the parties are hereby enjoined from using
~
~ alcohol, mari3uana or any unlawful drug while the child is in their
~ care and custody.

~ The former Husband is additionallq awarded the right to
s -
~ have the Minor Child with him on Tuesday and Thursday evenings while
~ the Wife is at school and on such Tuesday or Thursday evening that
the Husband wishes to exercise this right he shall pick the Child up
~
