ORDERED and ADJUDGED that commencing on Friday, March 23,
1984, the-former Husband's child support obligation in the sum of
Fifty Dollars ($50.40) each week~ as ordered bq this Court on
. February 15~ 1984~ shall be paid to the former Wife, for the support
of the Minor Child, shall be made to the Clerk of ~is Court and bq
him remitted promptly to the former Wife, TANII~IY EVANS. In addition,
there is. hereby assesaed the sum of ~io Dollars ($2.00) as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both parties
are Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
