STIPULATION AND PROPERTY SETTL~SMENT AGREEMENT
BY THIS AGREB~NT made this ~day of March,
1984, between ROY B. WRIGHT, currently residinq at 5602 Deleon
Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called Husband, -
and JEANNE MARIE WRIGHT, currently residing at 5400 Shannon
Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called Wife, the
parties aqree as follows:
The parties are 8usband and Wife. They were married
to each other on June 19, 1970 at Penninqton, New Jersey and
are presently separated. The following children were born

; as issue of this marriage, to-wit: KRISTINA MARIE WRIGHT, born

~ August 4, 1976; and RATHERINE MICHELLE WRIGHT, born February
E 28, 1979 and no additional issue is contemplated. The Wife

i has filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, .

s Florida, Case No. 83-1244 FR-Ol, to dissolve the marriage of
the parties. This Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement
~ is intended to be a full settlement of all matters now pending

in that action, including a division of the marital assets
~ and provisions for support of the minor children of the parties.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual
~
~ covenants expressed herein, the parties do hereby covenant and

~ aqree as follows:
