CONSIDERATION; The consideration for this Stipulation and Property Settlement Aqreement is the mutual benefits to be obtained by the parties and the promises of each party to the other. The adequacy of the consideration for this Stipulation and Property Settlement Aqreement is admitted by the parties. 3. SSPARATION: The parties at all times hereafter shall continue to live separate and apart. Each party ' shall-reside at a place of his or her choosinq without interference from the other. The parties shall not harass one another, nor shall they interfere in any ay with one another's private, social or business activities. 4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Except as otherwise provided , herein, the parties have divided their jointly-held personal property and each has the full use and ownership of said items, free from any claim or demand of the other party. The Husband shall have the exclusive ownership, use and possession of his tools, personal belonqinqs, and master bedroom set including the desk, two {2) dressers and bed. Al1 remaining items of furniture, fixtures, appliances and personal property now located in the marital home at 5400 Shannon Drive, Fort~ Pierce, Florida shall become the exclusive ownership, use and possession of the Wi€e. ~ The Hu~sband shall also have the exclusive ownership, use and possession of the 1980 Chevrolet Pick-Up truck and license plate thereof, now in his possession, and the Wife shall have the exclusive ownership, use and possession of the 1982 Buick automobile and license plate free of any claims by each party.
