Wife's bfrthday with the Wife. Birthdaye of the minor ~
children will be divided on an equal and alternatinq basis.
7. RBMOVAL FROM THE STAT$ OF FLORIOA: Neither
party shall remove the minor children from the State of
Florida except for short vacation periods or upon prior
written consent of the other party.
8. SHAR$D PARSNTAL RESPONSIHILITY: The parties
hereto aqree that each party shall have shared parental
responsibility and shall retain fu11 parental rights and
responsibilities with respect to all major decisions. including
medical, educational and reliqious decisions affectinq the
welfare of their children so that such decis3ons-shal~ be
determined jointly. Both parties ahall be entitled to authorize
emergency medical treatment for their minor children., shall
be required to notify the other party of any serious illness
or accident befalling the minor chiZdren, and shall have full
and complete access to records and information pertaining to
the minor children, including, but not limited to, medical,
dental and school xecords. The parties further agree to use
all reasonable efforts to tnaintafn free access and create a
feelinq of affection between themselves and the~m3.nor children ~
and neither party shall do anything to hamper the natural
development of the children's love and respect for the other
party. Each party aqrees to make all reasonable efforts,-while
the minor children are residinq with either party, to facilitate
the communication between the other party and the minor children,
both by telephone and by mail so tfiat each party shall have
frequent and continuinq contact with the minor children.
9. CHILD SUPPORT: The Husband aqreea to pay the
Wife as child support the amount of $60.00 per week together ~
with statutory costs as paid to the Clerk of Court. Each party
