In the event such coveraqe is no longer available, ~and a substitute policy is not obtained by the Wife, each party shall pay~one-half of all medical expenses incurred for benefit of the minor children. 11. DEBTS: Except as otherwise proyided herein the parties acknowledge that each has incurred individual indebtness during the course of the marriaqe and further aqrees that each shall be respongible for repayment of his or her indebtness respectively and hold the other party harmless therefore. Each . party shall pay one-half of the following debts incurred for the benefit of the minor children, to include the bill for Indian River Memorial Hospital in the approximate sum of $125.00, Dr. Hopper (dentist) in the approximate sum of $90.00, and Dr. Malina in the approximate sum of $50.00 respectively. The Husband agrees to assume and be responsible for all obligations to Chevron Oil Company and MasterCard currently registered in his name only. ~ . . 12. 1983 TAX RETURN: The parties have filed a joint federal return for the 1983 tax year and agree that the Husband shall be entitled to retain any refund for taxes overpaid but .
