that such disclosure has been fully and frankly made and
accepts the same as true and correct and as havinq been made
and qiven in qood faith.
15. ADMISSIBILITY OF AGRI:EMENT: Each party aqrees ~
that this Stipulation and Property Settlement Aqreement may -
be admissible in evidence in any dissolution of marriaqe or
similar action and may become a part of any final judgment
upon approval of a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. RELEASE: Except as otherwise provided, each party
waives, releasea and relinquishes ~11 rights that he or she
may now have or may hereafter acquire as the other party's
spouse under the present or future laws of any jurisdiction:
~ (a) To elect to take against any Will or
Codicil of the other party now or hereafter in force;
(b) To share in the other party's estate;
(c) To act as executor or personal representative
of the other party's estate.
17. ATTORNEY'S FEES: The Husband agrees to pay to
ERROL S. WILLES, ESQ. the sum of $300.00 toward the Wife's
attorney's fees and costs, said sum to be paid within six (6) months

from the date hereof. ~
18. LAW GOVERNING CONSTRUCTION: The law of the
~ State of Florida shall qovern the validity, construction,

~ interpretation and effect of this Stipulation and Property
Settlement Agreement.
~ 19. REPRESENTATIONS: The parties represent to
~ each other that: ~

~ ~(a) Each has had independent legal advise by
~
~ counsel of his or her own selection. The parties acknowledge
