the Husband in this action, and that BRROL S. WILLES, ESQ.
is representinq the Wife in this action. Each party fully
understands the facts and has been fully infonaed as to his
or her legal riqhts and obligations and each is aigninq this
~ Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement freely and voluntarily,
intending to be bound by it. , ~

any other property, it shall be divided equally between the
parties hereto. -
(c) Each party understands and agrees that
