Comes now MARIE LOUISE G. WEST, surviving spouse of
CHARLES FRANR WSST, deceased, and respectfully shows:
1. That petition for administration has been filed in
this cause alonq with the last will and testament of the decedent.
2. That in~said last will and testament, LAURA G. WEST,
was named alternate co-personal representative along with James B.
Allenj that it has been aqreed amonq the beneficiaries that
Laura G. West act as co-personal representative with her mother,
Marie Louise G. West, and it is felt this would be in the best~
interest of the estate. Attached hereto and made a part.hereof
is the consent of the other beneficiary, Charlotte W. West, for ~
her sister to act in that capacity.
WBEREFORE, petitioner prays that this court appoint MARIE
LOUISE G. WSST as personal representative as named in the petition
for administration and the last will-and testament of the decedent
and in addition, appoint LAURA G. WEST. co-personal representative
alonq with her and~that they shall act in that capacity.
