~ THIS INDENTURE, executed on this day of ,
1984, by and between MARIE LOUISE G. WBST and LAURA G. WEST, as personal
representatives of the estate of Charles Frank West, deceased, herein-
after called the "Grantor", and O.J. River, a Florida partnership,

called the "Grantee",
WITNESSETH: ~
WHEREAS~, Charles Frank West, deceased, late of Brevard
County, Florida, died on January 13, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Marie Louise G. West and Laura G. West are the
duly qualified and acting personal representatives of the estate of
said decedent, Letters of Administration having been issued to the
said Mar'ie Louise G. West and Laura G. West by The Honorable G. F.
Goshorn, Circuit Judge of the Circuit in and for Brevard County,
Florida, on January 24, 1983; .
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars and.other good and valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by the$e presents, does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
Grantee a11 of that certain property situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part ~
hereof. -
Together with approximate2y 6000 lineal feet
of six inch drainage tile located on the subject
• property.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and.rights
of way of record, if any, and taxes after 2983, and existing
. mortgage held by The Federal Land Bank of Columbia which
said mortgage is specifically assumed by~ the grantee.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
